Package signing key

Download and convert the package signing key.

    The GPG key might change. Ensure it's updated when installing a new version. If the key signature verification fails during the update, re-add the key from the ROCm repository to the apt repository as mentioned above.

Register kernel-mode driver

Add the amdgpu repository for the driver.
