Physical PoD (PPOD) data payload.

Shared data members embedded in both amdsmi_fabric_ppod_config_t and amdsmi_fabric_info_v1_t. Fields with no data present read back at their sentinel (unsigned integers at their maximum representable value; ppod_id filled with 0xFF).
